This is not the first visit for Flowserve to Shantin after we start our business last year for developing several components. Up to now, Shantin has delivered a lot of samples of case bowls, impellers and suction housings, and we have now started two POs for batch production.

During this visit, we reviewed the status of some open orders and projects, evaluated the open RFQ for samples and cleared some items of commercial issues. In addition, engineers from both firms not only reviewed the casting and machining craft of current prodcuts and gave out comments for disscusions and modifications also. Those queries, including drawing problems and technical points which can not be explained via email or phone were successfully solved.

To drive a smooth production in the future, we both prefer this kind of face-to-face communications and expect it succeed.
